After leaving Anaheim, we headed south to San Diego and visited Sea World. Here’s some of the things we learned there.
We learned turtles greet you when you arrive at Sea World. We like turtles. I sea see turtles, or something.

We learned penguins like the person with the fish. We learned emperor penguins are fat. We learned not all penguins live in cold weather. We learned they look real cool when they jump up out of the water and land on the ground. We learned penguins may be Brett’s new favorite animal. That’s still up for debate.

We learned Brett doesn’t remember everything that Lisa has a picture of him doing.

We learned sea lions and otters make for good entertainment. It was that “otter” guy what done it.

We learned dolphins are friendly, happy, playful, and smooth. Brett touched one, so he knows.

We learned it is cold in the arctic and walruses are messy eaters.

We learned the Shamu show is always inspiring. And some people come better prepared for the splash zone than others. (Lisa had a change of socks in our bag the whole week, but we decided drier seats were better than closer seats.)

We learned that star fish like cold water. That, or they like to eat Brett.

We learned flamingos are very very loud. Also, we coordinate our outfits very well. My shirt matches his jacket. His shirt matches my jacket. We did not do this intentionally. We’re just cool like that.

They do say that after people have been married for a certain time, they start to look like each other.
I guess, in your case, that’s a little over a month.
