Meet Lisa

Lisa was born in Utah and raised in Utah, New Mexico, and Texas. She assumes that when people ask her where she is from that's what they mean. But she's lived in Utah and now Arizona (with a mission in Brasil and student-teaching in Mexico) since leaving home. So she says she's from heaven. Her brother just got married in August. Her sister got married in 2006 and she and her husband have an adorable one-year-old son.

Lisa got her Bachelors degree at Brigham Young University and then taught elementary computers for six years while getting a Masters in Teaching and Learning at the University of Utah. She now works as a graduate assistant at the University of Arizona while getting her Ph.D. in educational psychology.

Lisa loves quilting and sewing and loves that Brett is amazed at her average abilities. She has also run her whole life and is training for the Tucson marathon in December (Brett thinks regular running will help her get rid of stress this semester while she goes to school and gets married).

Lisa loves elephants. And while both she and Brett are in computers, she anticipates being the main webmaster of this site.

Most importantly, Lisa loves Brett and can't believe how blessed she is to get to marry him.
